Sewage in retail store

This commercial sewage loss was received after business hours. The backup happened at a retail store  at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, New York. The entire storage area as well as a large portion of the retail space was affected. Our crew was sent out to extract, cleanup, and disinfect all affected areas. This all had to be done over night so the store would be open and operational by 10 o'clock the next morning. Our crew chief Dan coordinated the crews and had them start mitigation in the common and retail areas of the store. The crew then worked there way into and completed mitigation in the storage areas. The store manager was ecstatic that she was able open on time the next morning. "Like it never even happened."
