Mold Project

This mold remediation project was completed in Montauk, New York. The hot water system malfunctioned causing steam and hot water damage throughout the house. Since this is a vacation home the damage went undiscovered for 6 weeks, by then it was to late. The damage was already done. The homeowner hired a 3rd party hygienist to test and write a mold remediation protocol. SERVPRO wrote a scope and estimate based on the hygienists recommendations. The mold project lasted approximately 2 weeks, and the rebuild took another month to complete. When all was said and done it was "Like it never even happened."
